Meet The Owners
Nathan Stafford & Rob Fray
Both Nathan and Rob have provided physical rehabilitative services to the central Florida area and Brevard County community since 2018, with distinguished success with the treatment of orthopedic ailments, sports-related injuries, vestibular dysfunctions, chronic pain, pain associated with spinal disorders and neurological-related medical diagnoses.
Nathan Stafford grew up on the Space Coast and graduated from Merritt Island High School. He continued his education at the University of Central Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sport and exercise at Nova Southeastern University.
Physical therapy played an important role in Nathan’s life from an early age, and he became a physical therapist because he believed the human body has an exceptional ability to heal itself when placed in the right situations, without relying on medication or surgical interventions.
As for the clinic, Nathan and Rob have a long history of working and studying together. We worked for several years in a corporate hospital setting, where – as many of you will know or have experienced – multiple patients are often treated by one therapist at the same time. This approach isn’t ideal for promoting healing or improving quality of life.
After a few years, Rob and Nathan decided there had to be a better way to treat people in healthcare. That realization is what led to them branching out and creating Fray & Stafford Physical Therapy, where the focus is on providing the individualized care they believe every patient deserves.
Rob Fray, meanwhile, is a highly skilled and passionate physical therapist who – like Nathan – has a strong belief in treating patients holistically and tailoring therapies to meet individual needs. Rob brings years of experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation, having worked in diverse settings with patients of all ages. His expertise lies in identifying the root causes of pain and mobility challenges and designing targeted treatments to restore function and improve overall quality of life.
Together, they envision a clinic where they could apply their combined knowledge and experience to help patients heal in an environment that prioritizes personal attention and care. Rob’s dedication to patient-centered therapy complements Nathan’s focus on empowering the body’s natural healing process.
